As obvious as it may, we always try to deliver your products in a swift and efficient manner as quickly as possible. Please read the Shipping and Delivery policy to understand our procedure and processes.

Shipping method:

We keep on working with multiple industry leading delivery partners to fulfill your orders. Shipping of all products is available Pan India. While we do not offer international shipment on our website, we can arrange for an international delivery upon your special request via mail at support@bkwgears.com. If you wish to know in details about the exact delivery partner we are using at any particular point of time, please reach out to us at support@bkwgears.com. 

Order Updates and Tracking: 

On almost all cases you can track the order shipment via the shipping partners website by entering the tracking. number provided. If you are facing any difficulties regarding the same we request you to be patient and you will receive your order updates. Any special requests to manually track your order through us can be sent to support@bkwgears.com. 

Delivery: 

Delivery will be made to the addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We would like to get your complete and accurate address to provide you an accurate service. If at all there is any delivery address change request to be made, you can mail to us support@bkwgears.com. We will only entertain the request if your order has not been processed. While we will do our best to update the delivery address on your request, we have the freedom and right to deny your request.

Modifications and Cancellation of Order:

We would love to modify your order to meet your demand but only when the order has not been processed. Once the order has been processed we shall not be able to either modify or cancel the order.  

Shipping cost, payment gateway charges, pay later service provider charges, and Partial COD charges will be levied on the invoice value of an order if the customer has failed to answer calls from BKW Gears team and the delivery team during the delivery process. 

During any offer and campaigns , all offer orders may have shipping delays.

The shipping cost charged to the product/order is a non refundable fee and cannot be refunded even when a customer order has been successfully verified for return and refund.
