Return and refund policy
At BKW Gears (M/s Banadurga Kinetic World) we are dedicated at providing our valued patrons with the best possible experience and service. We understand that there may be rare cases where you might need to return the product/s. Following are the scope of returns/refunds of all the products, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page itself. Please read the following information about our return and refund policy before placing an order. All our returns/refunds will be bound by the following:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any merchandise which has been “taken out on a ride” is to be considered as used and hence is not eligible for returns. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly request you to make an unboxing video of the product/s upon receiving the order in original packaging and with all the packing slips, this makes your and our jobs easier to validate the returns/exchanges if at all needed.
If a product is found having manufacturing defects, or a wrong product is sent to you, we will replace the product as soon as possible. If the exact product is not available, we will get in touch with you to send any other product of your liking of same value or issue you a store credits of the said product value.
Return of Product/s:
You are eligible to return the products within 48 hrs of receiving the product/s. It is to be noted that only damaged or defective Product/s are eligible for returns. To start a return, you must contact us at support@bkwgears.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon the rare case that you are shipping back the products, All shipments must be prepaid and packages shipped with COD will be rejected.
Even When your initial return is processed, the return of the product will only be completed upon receiving of the products at our warehouse and after quality check. Upon receipt of the returned product/s and subject to verification of condition of product/s and report, company will process a refund according the the policies stated if it passes all the verification and quality checks. When the customer is eligible for the refund, we will only process the refund as store credits to the customer’s bkwgears.com account with 1 year of validity of the store credits. Because we love and respect our valued customers, we will happily extend the validity of your store credits upon your request via mail to support@bkwgears.com if there is any balance amount left.
The refund amount shall be subject to the following charges and deductions:
A) Deduction of the actual cost of the shipping from warehouse to customer and from customer to warehouse on all types of orders (prepaid and partial cod)
B) Payment gateway charges of flat 2% upon the total returned product value on all types of orders (prepaid and partial COD)
C) On partial COD product returns, COD Charges of 2% upon the total returned product value shall be deducted.
All the other policies stand true for Partial COD returns as well.
Any kind of service charge, convenience charge, fulfillment charge, restocking charges and all extra charges are not eligible for refunds. They are deemed to be nonrefundable charges. Only the absolute product value amount that you paid is eligible for refund, subject to said deductions and verifications.
After verification, your refund as store credits will reflect in your account withing 10 days of process completion.
Refunds will not be issues for products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

For orders cancelled before dispatching of the product/s, 100% refunds are applicable for orders that are cancelled before processing the order (Actual Payment and checkout gateway charges of 2% will be borne by the customer.) Once order has been processed it will fall under the category of any other regular return and all other applicable charges shall be deducted.
All pay later order/product(s) cancellation are subject to an additional charge of 3% deduction over the total product/s value. Only exception being manufacturing defect products.
In case you wish to cancel the order while in transit, both side shipping charges will be deducted along with the payment gateway, pay later charges, partial cod charges whichever applicable on your order as mentioned in the policy explicitly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We suggest you to make an unboxing video of the product/s upon receiving the order in original packaging and with all the packing slips, this makes your and our jobs easier to validate the returns/exchanges if at all needed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal use item (such as socks, undergarments). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Manufacturing Defects
Any product that you received having manufacturing defects and has the brand warranty can only be serviced by that brand. Each manufacturer has its own warranty and polices, we request you to get in touch with them for further help. Bkwgears.com will assist the customers in its best way possible to bridge the communication between the brand and the customer. The final say still lies with the brand. bkwgears.com (M/s Banadurga Kinetic World) is not liable for the same. Only in the situation that the manufacturer has approved the defect and requests us (bkwgears.com) to take care of shipping and replacement, only then will bkwgears take care of the entire manufacturing defect case. Mostly the brands take care of the entire shipping and replacement of the products on the case of manufacturing defects. We state that bkwgears upon request of the brand can take up the processing of the manufacturing defect case because we hold our customers at high regards and will do the needful if needed to process only on request of the brands.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credits to your bkwgears.com account or as a gift card with 1 year of validity of the same. You may request to extend the validity via mail to support@bkwgears.com
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bkwgears.com.
All returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of M/s Banadurga Kinetic World (bkwgears.com).
